Jordon passed away peacefully on the 22nd February 2021 aged 26 years.
Loving grandson of Col and Lyn.
Treasured twin brother to Geoffrey and brother to Taylor and Georgia.
Son of Barbara.
Cherished nephew of Christina & Colin, Mark, Joe (deceased) Mel & Kip, Adam, Rodney & Therese and their families. Adored uncle of Oliver.
