We are heartbroken beyond words on the loss of baby Luca. We know that he was a much wanted and loved baby. We are keeping you in our hearts and thoughts. We will see Luca in the brightest star at night.

It was with great sadness we heard of Baby Luca’s passing. He fought a brave and gallant fight but the odds were stacked. We have held and will continue to hold him in our hearts and he will never be forgotten. Love will strengthen you all and bind you together through this sad and difficult time.
