  1. We were all so saddened to hear the news of Fi’s passing. Fi was one of a kind! With her beautiful and bubbly energy, 100% dedication to her leadership she was wonderful as a key outdoor educator with an amazing crew at Kindilan OECC for many years in my leadership, up to 2015 and beyond. Her energy and commitment to Guide Movement, her own personal commitment to leadership development created her ability to influence people’s strengths through nature, play and outdoor adventure had significant impact on thousands of young people’s lives from all over Qld and beyond. She has left a mark on this earth and in many people hearts, and made the world, through her genuine care, a better heart-centred and socially mindful community.
May the angels embrace another to their team in the sky! Deep condolences to Fi’s family, friends, colleagues and peers. We express our love and sadness at your deep loss.
With love from all of the “Ol’ Kindilan Crew”
Bec Fox and KOECC staff from the past xxxx

  2. Sometimes we find friendship in strange places. Fiona was an unexpected friend and colleague I initially found through a CPR course then through working together at a high school. Her open and honest nature made all around her feel at ease. She was an amazing woman who showed so much dedication, care and compassion to all around her. She was never too busy to lend a hand, answer a silly question or to sit in silence to be a support person.
I am thinking of all family and friends at this time and send through my support and love to anyone struggling.
Fi your heart has left all in your life as better people, you will be thought of often and with love.

    Louise.
