Briohne passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on 16th October 2018 at the age of 40 years.

A shining star who had such an impact on us at work and outside. From night shift dance parties to crying from laughing so hard. You are one incredible person who knew how to make anyone smile and brighten their day! The most selfless person we have met who gave her all to every person she met. Such a fun-loving, people-loving, life-loving joy was our Briohne. And everyone feels that she was their own Briohne. She made each person feel so special. I will forever remember her beautiful harmonizing in the car, joyful laugh, learning to quilt, bike riding along the trails, tracking down everything Heartland, enthusiasm for every small thing, and “just drinking it all in”, on her visits with us in Canada. I met you once, Briohne. I think it was only for an hour or so, but long enough to leave your smiling face and beautiful person etched into my mind. Such a beautiful smile, crazy sense of humour and genuine soul. In heaven I’ll meet you again, where we can share many more laughs I’m sure.

I’ve met many amazing people but never such a strong beautiful giving soul. Breezy is a once in a lifetime person, a person you read about in a fairytale but don’t think exists. She didn’t waste a second before or after her diagnosis, she didn’t let pain and sickness stop her from being an amazing friend and a wonderful person. Her infectious smile and attitude will forever be with me. My love to her wonderful family who helped her be amazing and will miss her strength. X

I was very pleased to have had Briohne in my life she was a very thoughtful and sensitive person. She helped me through a very sensitive time in my life when I too had breast cancer I am pleased to say I am a survivor of 5 years now. I will miss her updates very much and would like to give her family my sincere condolences at this sad moment ????❣️

Briohne was the very much loved daughter-in-law to Malcolm and Robyn also. One of our greatest joys has been to see how much our son loved and was loved. Briohne Joy, you are forever loved by us and will be missed terribly.
Briohne has always been a bright light when anyone was going through tough times, and an even brighter light when the good moments came around. The joy that she spread through the world around her is evident in all the lives she touched, even if they were momentarily. her loving words compassion have put me back on track and the legacy she has left is one of pure joy and happiness. My soul mourns for the loss of a good friend but my heart knows how happy you are now.
