  1. In memory and in celebration of someone who made this world a brighter and better place.
THAT’s OUR GLEN, Brother to my beloved Bernie.
Some people make a difference just by being who they are, their inner light shines bright and touches lives both near and far, and even when they’re gone, they still forever play a part in the smiles, the priceless moments, that are treasured in the heart.
THAT’s OUR GLEN – Pastor, preaching the Full Gospel, bringing souls into the Kingdom of GOD. Glen loved coming to the monthly FGBMFI Brisbane Chapter Testimonial Dinners, having been involved in this Fellowship for many years. Sadly missed but never forgotten.

  2. Dad was a well loved man of God who didn’t hesitate to share Christ’s love and compassion with others. Near the end I asked him what his praise point was in prayer time and he said “that God has made me into the man I am”. What a testimony to God’s grace and a lifetime of unswerving faith.
I’ll miss you so much Dad.

  3. Ps. Glen was my Pastor for a short while during the time I was sub-contractor for A. V. Jennings building houses in Kingaroy for the Toorong power station. He was a genuine solid, honest true blue minister of the gospel with a good sense of humour. Sadly missed by many.

  4. What I remember most about Glen is his cheerful demeanour and ever-present smile. He loved being with people and had a great sense of humour. Glen made an impact on the Redlands Community, especially with his involvement in the Annual Prayer Breakfasts and the Minister’s Fraternal, as well as for many years helping to organise the Redlands Easter Family Festival.
My heartfelt sympathy to the extended family. Glen will be sadly missed by many in the Community.

  5. Glen, What a great fellow who brought laughter to the heart and soul of others. When I was a wee lad Glen (bose or tease) as I called him due to the fact that he tickled me until I was nearly sick and further, would tease the life out of me. The world will miss you and your love and enthusiasm for THE LORD. You will be missed by many

  6. Glen left a legacy we all believe to be spiritual, truthful, faithful, and ethical. Dad was the most loyal and humble friend people could associate with. He will be missed but is now with mum.

    1. Amen Brendan. He has left a legacy. It was an honor for me to stand on the Cleveland Showgrounds with him earlier this year as we anointed and prayed for this city. That batton of faith (calling those things unseen as though they are) has been passed on to us so that we may realize the vision he had. Let the name of the Lord Jesus Christ continually be lifted up over Redlands City- for the Glory of God and as a testimony to Glen for all the good seed he sowed into our soil.

  7. My big brother Glen has been there all of my life and now I am 80. I will
miss his phone calls and loud cheery voice wishing me a happy birthday or merry Christmas or just to say hello! He was too sick to attend our 80th celebrations as he had planned to do and now he is forever with His Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ who he served faithfully at many places in Queensland during his lifetime .. it has been my privilege to have been his little sister and I will miss him every day but would not wish him back here . Our prayers are with his children and grandchildren and great grandchildren as they carry on the legacy left by their Dad & Grandad and spread the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ and His love for mankind!!
Brother in Law Jim and Sister Stella

  8. Love to the family of our forever friend, Glen the man of smiles, will miss our catchup lunches at Ruby Bay. Loved this mate Ps. Alan ????✝️

  9. Our love and sympathy to the family of GLEN GRAY. Doug is one of Glen’s many cousins and he always treated me as family often calling me “Paula”. We will all remember his ‘happy go lucky’….maybe that should more rightly be, ‘happy in the Lord’ joyous, happy and friendly disposition. We would often attend the Brisbane FGBMFI Dinners and one of the first, along with Michael Terranova, Chapter President, to gleefully and loudly welcome us from Toowoomba would be Glen with a “God bless you real good”. Stephen, Brendan and Bronwyn and your families, you have been left a wonderful Christian heritage and a challenge to follow in Glen’s footsteps and put Christ first in your lives.
Glen is now with his Lord and with his wife, dear Merna. Love, Pauline & Doug Gray,
    Toowoomba. ????????✝️✝️????????

  10. Glen had a wonderful personal charisma, but what made him the man he was, was his relationship with Jesus. As a child of God, he was clothed with Christ’s righteousness – a robe of righteousness. Glen was dressed for Heaven.
2 Corinthians 5:21 “For God made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Christ.”

  11. Another God General being promoted to the Highest Glory to be present with our Lord and Saviour JESUS CHRIST.
Ps Glen will be greeted with the words of Well Done Good and Faithful Servant… Congratulations !!!
Glory to God… Hallelujah and Happy Days Always with Jesus.

  12. A truly beautiful service fitting for Glen. Gracious tributes spoken by those who loved and cherished you Glen, you will be missed by us all. Rest in Peace, forever with your Maker and Merna. Much Love and big hugs, Melinda, Lara & Eleanor and Elaine Howard. Bless you Real Good.
(PS I never knew until yesterday, just how much of a hoon you were, now I know where your son gets it from)

  13. Pastor Glen, the Archbishop of Redland City, was an amazing friend for so many years !!
We did the Easter Festival together, the Clergy Man and the Lay Man!
Church and the Mayoral Prayer Breakfast!
Glen had so much wisdom and Holy Spirit power.
I always came away from our times together feeling uplifted and blessed!!
He helped so many people including Janice and I and was always fun and positive!!
He had the Anointing of God on him and was a Rock to me!!
    We will truly miss him
    Love, Alan and Janice Lucas

  14. Good Buy My Friend, Ps Glen and Brother in Christ; – until we meet again. 🙂

I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your friendship, your prayers, your guidance, wisdom, support and all the many other things I can’t even enlist.

You have managed to challange and connect my spirit with the Holy Ghost, during a unscheduled cappuccino meeting at the Cleveland CoffeeClub, back in September 2016.
As we were just chatting, I suddenly asked the “fatal question!” “How are the mechanics of the REDLANDS EASTER FAMILY FESTIVAL meant to work?”
Without knowing what was going on, you explained it so simply, that all of it suddenly made sence.
It is needless to say, that you spoke spirit over me, as almost the next I put up my arm and asked for the dotted line to sign off as president.
You have blessed me with a heavenly gift (REFF) on a silver platter, passed the batton and charged me to run with it.

I also thank you for your great support with the “JC’s MM” ministry, (Jesus Christ’s Mighty Men). Your presence during these meeting has blessed and anointed many of these men.

Now that you are with JESUS for all of Eternity, I can only hope that occasionally HE may permit you to “look out of a window”, and see whether we are on the right track, or if we need to be put back on the right tracks.

Thank you once more for planting a seed into my life, for having faith in me, for being a great friend, and foremost for loving me.

    Bless you reaaal goood
    Peter

I send a picture seperately and hope that you may be able to attach it, in honour of our ongoing legendary relationship.

  16. Uncle Glen, what an amazing unwavering love for The Lord you demonstrated and lived your entire life. Your incredible spirit and vitality will live on. I have such fond memories of childhood holidays you and your family graciously shared with us in Mount Isa and Kingaroy. I loved the Bible quizzes with every meal. It was beautiful to see the courage in all of your children in their lovely words spoken today.

  17. I meet Ps Glen at Redlands Fellowship Church (now Champions Church) what I remember the most about him was his wonderful welcoming smile and jovial way of talking and listening to others, always having time for all! I had no idea how many things he had brewing in pots at one time and how many things he started in the Redlands! I do know he was very loved and respected in the Redlands area and he loved his area very much ! RIP my friend, you will be greatly missed! Always in my heart Rhonda Case ❤

  18. “BLESS YOU R E A L GOOD”, said with resounding laugh. I only knew Ps Glen for the past few years but what a wonderful impact he had on me. The catch phrase is just that — catchy. What a delightful man of God. Life can be like that, know a person for very short time and one can be infected so beautifully. Christ within him so very apparent.

  19. What a great man he was. He is in better place. Bless him.
I just loved how he prayed.
He was always a blessing to me.
Even just hearing him pray was so meaningful and connected.
Thanks for having such a great dad.
I was blessed just knowing him.
My condolences and love to you and your family.
He’s in a better place now.
    Bless him.
    Kind regards
    Love Margy Watson. Xxx

  20. PS Glen was always positive with the light of Jesus shining through him. He was a valued, faithful and wise prayer warrior at our weekly ‘Pray Redlands Coast’ and homegroup.
All our sympathy to PS Glen’s family.
May ABBA Father BLESS you all.

  21. I had the pleasure of going to school with Merna and her family at Gumdale. I met Merna and Glen in 1967 at Belmont AOG and enjoyed their service until they left for Mount Isa. Then meeting up again with Glen at Champions Church in 2018. Belmont days were memorable, enjoying Outings, Christmas celebrations and Crusades. You beat me to heaven, I hope you’re enjoying it with Merna, I can’t wait to get there. Pat Bradley

I remember that first year of the Easter Family Festival, what a great excitement it was for the Redlands. Glen and Merna were in the thick of it all. What a blessing to so many people, gotta love old-time Christianity. They taught us so much, Rest In Peace warrior, Sheryl Bradley
