We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
If You have received the Goods as a gift and wish to return and refund the Goods, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
If You have received the Goods as a gift and wish to replace the Goods, We will be able to offer you a replacement or different Goods of equal or lesser value. If you would like to replace your Goods with any Goods of greater value, the balance is to be received prior to shipping of the new Goods.
