So sorry to hear of Bills passing. We have so many fond memories of Pastor Bill & Dawn in Toowoomba. Bill dedicated our girls Lara & Carlia at Toowoomba Central. He was a passionate man in everything he did. We appreciated his style, approach to life and the care and friendship he offered our family. Please accept our heartfelt condolences.
